Ho spulciato un po' tra cd e hard disk trovando vari studi preliminari fatti per le storie di Julia. Questi sono abbastanza recenti. A volte si tratta di rendere personaggi creati da altri colleghi, per quelli nuovi invece prendo spunto da riviste, film, gente vista in metropolitana o anche amici. Li spedisco a Berardi, ne parliamo e se hanno la faccia e il fisico giusto si uniscono al cast di Julia.
At the beginnig of a new story/1
At this early stage it's time for preliminary sketches for main ocharacters, or setting atmosphere. Sometimes it's my version of pre-existing characters, most of the times they're new. I get inspiration by magazines, movie stills, people I see on the subway or even friends of mine. The sketches are shown to Berardi and, if he greenlights them, they join the cast on the pages.
